Barbara Lubarsky

Barbara first established a working relationship in executive search with Cathy Preston in 2002. Her passion for the search industry has built her expertise across a broad spectrum of areas including human resources, finance, marketing & sales and operations, and most notably in recent years with organizations in the not-for-profit sector.

Barbara is also an experienced Human Resources professional with a versatile generalist background. Prior to her career in executive search, Barbara held various Human Resources senior management roles in such leading companies as Manulife Financial, Suncor Energy and University of Toronto.

Barbara holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University. She is also a certified Ontario Soccer Association coach and has mentored many young players.
